This dataset contains 20 interrogations of convicts after failed attempts at escape. They have been transcribed from the protocols of the garrison court in Copenhagen by Johan Heinsen. They represent a curated collection based on the following criteria: 1) As the interrogations were to be used for analysing the semantics of coercion, only interrogations in Danish were selected. 2) Only interrogation in which the escaped themselves were questioned were selected.
